History of Lancaster Executive Education
The origins of Lancaster Executive can be traced back to 2006, when Dr Joern Meissner created and taught his first open enrolment executive short course at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). These courses were initially offered through the Department of Management Science and were well received.
Upon request of the University, due to administrative issues, Lancaster Executive was spun-out from LUMS in 2008. The company now operates independently from the University, but still benefits from the academic profile of Dr Joern Meissner and maintains strong links to the University’s academic expertise.
Lancaster Executive has grown over the years and is now established as a leading Management Training and Consulting Institute with a diverse and talented team. With offices in Lancaster and New York as well as representatives in Germany, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong, we pride ourselves on being an internationally recognized training institute with a reputation for producing excellent results for our clients. We serve a wide range of public sector and blue-chip private sector clients.
